starclens and stardrops ?

Yes, stardrops is good for the bathroom but I tried Starclen and - wow! - I just squirted it on (didn't have a spare spray bottle at the time!) gave it a quick wee wipe and use the shower head to rinse off (yes, I know, I could've done it with a basin, but I was just trying it.

I like to use starclen on my kitchen floor as it cleans it well & also smells nice for ages! Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0

The full ingredients are available on the manufacturer's site (http://www.thorntonross.com/household/index.html).
Didn't know they also make Zoflora! I was never very keen on Zoflora; always found it a bit too sickly sweet. I bought Startips a while back, which is OK, but also a bit flowery (apparently there's also a pine-scented disinfectant called Starpine). However, point is, Zoflora now comes in two other scents besides the Bouquet one (and its related flowery ones) - Citrus and Cool & Fresh. I bought the Cool & Fresh one in the 99p shop the other day, and it's lovely; slightly woody and spicy, sort of like a very fresh men's aftershave. I've found putting a bit of this in with my Stardrops solution also seems to stop my microfibre cloths getting stinky.0 -
Have now converted the household to using Stardrops, we appear to also have a bottle of Starclean
, which contains amonia.
Can any OS cleaning experts please tell me the difference, or if one is better than the other? Or, if each type should be used for anything in particular?0 -
Hi Nomad,
There's an earlier thread that should help you with the differences so I've added your post to it.

Thanks Pink - I did put a search in [Starclean] first, but nothing came up
, your link is dead-on.

I've read on this forum that stardrops is good for cleaning stuff, i was just about to clean things out of the oven and i knew i'd seen people saying this was the thing to use.
Well i was sure there was a bottle here, i've just looked under the sink and it's ............Starclen, power cleaner with ammonia, gentle non scratch formula.

Hi Sam,
It's not quite the same, as starclens contains amonia and is stronger than stardrops but many old stylers use it in a similar way.
There's an earlier thread that should help so I'll add your post to it to keep the replies together.
