I am currently going through my 5 year IVA process and have about 14 months of repayments left to make!
However a situation has arose where I have been offered shares in a family business, basically my father is retiring and wants to give me his shares in the company! Can the company I have my IVA with claim any of the divened I recieve on these shares for this and next year??

    Definitely yes...

Plus the shares would have a value that you might be forced to cash in on!

    Just wait 14 months!
