help wording feedback

Hi

Basically bought an item, item was collection or arrange own courier

Seller agreed could arrange own courier

when item ended lots of communication, was told I would receive measurements to arrange courier that evening. I paid via paypal

never heard another word from seller. sent several messages no reply

Rang seller number invalid

Opened a paypal dispute - seller ignored and on 10th day paypal found in my favour

Now i want to leave neg but i dont know where to start. seller clearly thought he would keep my money.

Hes not got any negs but left sellers lots claiming items not received and got lots of follow up comments on his positives stating hes a thief etc but i dont want to stoop that low but i want to warn others

what should i put?

Despite numerous attempts I was unable to contact seller to arrange collection of this item.

You cant mention the dispute or you risk it being removed by ebay. If you stick to the facts then any buyer will see you are genuine.

I would keep it short and sweet something like.
Bad communication. Paid promptly for the item but I never recieved it.
This does not make you sound bad by ranting and also just sticks to the facts of what happened while not mentioning any disputes.
