skim walls and ceilings in 4 12x12 rooms
remove 2 MDF partition walls and replace with plasterboard
skim ceilings and walls of a staircase (after replacing 1 side of the staircase which is MDF constructed and replcae with plasterboard)
Plasterboard a ceiling in a 10 x 7 room (previously had polystyrene tiles on it) then skim it.
£1400 inclusive of labour and materials
