Another item lost!!??

Just received this lovely message...

Hello, What happend? Is there any problem? I didn't receive the item (Fiona)
My postage adress is in UK

I sent it the day after it ended, and emailed to say it had been sent, surely she realises that I know her address is UK.

Thankfully I have my receipts which show it was delivered (I hope). Will royal mail start getting suspicious of me if I claim a few items lost in the last few months?

Unfortunately I cant quite give up on ebay just yet however  i get with some buyers!

Rant over!!

What service did you use to send it? To protect against a PP claim you need an online record of delivery. Certificates of Posting prove it was posted but no more than that. If that is what you have you will have to refund your buyer and claim from RM I'm afraid.

Items do go missing occasionally but no more than one or two per thousand. If lots are going missing you need to be sure you are writing delivery addresses clearly and accurately, check that any labels you use stick properly to your packaging and put a return address on everything.
