Welcome payout delay

Just a heads up, Welcome are quoting 21 working days for payments to be sent by BACS as opposed to 10 that I was told last week, due to the number of payments they are processing...

Hope you receive your refund by then.
Not all keep to the timescales stated.

Seems like they have lots to deal with cos of so many reclaiming complaints.

I also understand there could be delays as well due to the current issues with banks etc freezing ppi complaints until further notice, but this should not really hold any payments due.

I've called them at work and all our calls are recorded so I have that if needs be but I get the feeling I'd not be able to use them?

Well done BBB on your win, can l ask how long did it take you to have your claim accepted and a offer made and what year did you take out the loan. This is me being curious as l have a loan going through with Welcome and apart from another questionaire l have not had any more respone in 7 weeks.

Well done BBB, glad to hear you received your well deserved refund, l finally got my offer of £2800 and sent off special delivery on friday and checked they received on Saturday so really hope hits my bank on about 8th November.
