    In that case tell them to return it fully tracked for a refund, or else just try and resolve it amicablly by suggesting they return it themselves at your convenience and when you've had a chance to look it over (while they wait) you will then issue a paypal refund.

    Hopefully the item was cheap enough that they won't want the hassle of having to bring it back.

  • I want them to be happy,but the claims about safety are silly.I just dont know if its worth the hassle.I originally bought the item,in the same condition from my local oxfam,and they dont sell naff stuff.

    Bad feedback is always a risk and i tend to always take th eoption of having items returned, for any reason. However make sure they realise they need to get it safely back to you, as that may well change their mind.
