Indesit C239NF fridge/freezer problem

Hi guys.
My Indesit C239NF seems to have stopped working. Yesterday the main socket power was turned off to the house to enable an electrician to replace a faulty socket.
I only noticed last night but the fridge and freezer are no longer staying cool / cold.
The green power light is on and the fridge lights comes on when the door is opened. There is also the red light constantly on at the top of the fridge.
I have lost the manual
. The fridge / freezer is now nearly 4 and a half years old.
Any advice welcome.
