I understand that a similar action has been thrown out of court in New York. How will that affect LAN?
  • Why is LAN not suing Lloyds - rather than the directors and the Treasury?

If it was me it would depend on the amount I had invested. If I had £20k then probably not however if it was a substantial sum then £250 odd quid that may improve your chances just a little bit may be worth a go and a drop in the ocean of course.

Having just read the new thread on the RBOS Action group, I thought I'd revisit the Lloyds Action Now website.

I'm greeted by a banner saying Discussions regarding funding will hopefully be concluded soon! I'm sure that was there when I last looked a few months ago? I'd be interested in their definition of 'soon'

It's still there, another six months on! Make of that what you like!
