            Saving, saving, saving

OH and I are planning on going travelling for around 3 years but we are trying to decide at the moment whether to buy a house first so we can rent it out while were gone.
We think that might be the most sensible thing to do - we'd ideally like to buy a 3 bed. We have looked and the mortgage payment would be approx £600 a month but it would rent out for approx £1,000 a month.
Unbelievable difference really - but then at the moment we pay £765 in rent for a 2 bed flat

That sounds like a sensible plan and that would be a sensible passive income or a nice overpayment
