Am I right to be suspicious ?

I sold something last week and posted all fine. Today I sold 3 more of this item, which wouldn't be unusual. They were sold to 3 different user names, which also wouldn't be unusual. However the "three" buyers all have low feedback, and are all the same person as the one I sold last week, at the same address ? Why would someone buy the same item, three times using different user names, at the same time ? Seems very odd/suspicious to me ?! These are low value items worth around £5 each.
It can't be a competitor looking to leave bad feedback, because there are no competitors for the item I sell.

Maybe it's a competitor buying them cheap off you and selling them for more elsewhere. Or someone looking at staring up and selling them on ebay.0
