If you read the terms and conds for each prize you will notice that one win gives you the choice of several prizes, bit cheeky really cos it means they actually pay out less but make it look like they are giving away lots of different prizes, this might explain why one person has been listed as winning more than one prize.

Personally I have only had one bit of spam from one opt out I didn't do, not had any other spam from them, just need to be careful.
