Let us know how it turns out
It turned out superb! I had a 10oz tenderloin which I cut in half. I finely chopped garlic, oregano, thyme and rosemary and added a tablespoon of honey and olive oil and rolled the fillets in the mixture. I sealed them in a hot pan and roasted then for 10 minutes and served with sweet potato chips, baked onion and mushroom and cream sauce. :beer:Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -
Just wanted to say thanks to flyer for this suggestion, added my own twist, inserted several slivers of garlic into the pork, rolled in rosemary and olive oil, seared it and added apple juice to the roasting pan and gravy (don't like honey) .
Kids loved it, no leftovers though !DC.
