Scam/scum operator Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd have issued £90 invoice to us, even though valid ticket displayed. Original retained. Reduced to £60 if paid within....blah, blah.

Can't wait for the Court case. Counterclaim for costs, inconvenience and harrassment. :cool:

Better still,come to the Court Hearing and look the scammers in the eye.:D

What you could do for us is collect all the junk mail they send to you, scan it all and then upload them onto the thread at the top of this sub-forum, so we have a letter chain for Elite.

Yes will do that and had spotted the relevant thread which is also linked to Pepipoo. Shall I wait till the lot has come in or add as each letter comes along?

I imagine you just feeding them in as they come. They can always be added to. Crabman is in charge of that thread, he will give you a definitive answer.

It would also be useful if you also scan in the original ticket - photoshop it to eliminate the details relating to your so-called "infringement" (don't forget to blank out the ticket number if there is one) including both sides.

Thanks for the support guys. I will input all the documentation at the end of the process. I think this will keep them guessing which of their victims is more than happy to take them on.

By revealing the documentation as it occurs, they may deduce who we are and withdraw the scam. I am totally confident of the procedures and have considerable small claims court experience. I have researched the subject in depth here and on the Pepipoo site.

The PCN is a poorly designed 'chequered/ bordered' ticket with some ridiculous and laughable conditions on the reverse.

In the scale of things,I guess this is a tin pot operation but they have all the same attributes of the bigger sheisters. We don't want to encourage them do we by responding to their nonsense but I am happy to share it with you all for amusement. :rotfl:

On amusement,how did they think up such a grand name for low life thieving. Jokers.:p
