Removing ErrorSmart Malware?

My neighbour's PC was running slow and I said I'd take a look at it. She said it couldn't possibly be infected, as she had paid £60 for Norton 360...the first run with MalwareBytes found and removed nearly 700 infections...
Now running much better, but one program it hasn't removed is called ErrorSmart, appears to be a Registry cleaner scam that pops up on each boot up. Not particularly invasive, but I can't remove it via Add/Remove programs or MBAM.
Can anyone recommend a removal method please?

Don't know about this removal tool but manual removal instructions should be ok.

Thanks, firstly I'm going to give it another full scan with MBAM, not unlikely that it missed something first time around with that level of infection. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Not sure if its malware (ErrorStart) mbam has found during scanning you are trying to remove or you are trying to uninstall the programme with mbams fileassasin0 -
I found it myself, as it pops up on each reboot. No, not using FileAssassin, just standard MBAM which I thought might kill it.
Error Smart is the program name, a quick Google indicates that it is a reg cleaner scam.No free lunch, and no free laptop
