Close Regular Saver

I've had a regular saver with Halifax for a year and it has matured. However I forgot to cancel the SO so now another payment has been made. The account now remains open, but gives me no option to transfer the money or close the account. The rate is very low. I have looked as to how to close the account move the money, but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. I have now cancelled any further SO.

Walk in to a branch with ID and roll number and say "will you close my account please".
Ring up on 08457 26 36 46 and say "will you close my account please".
Write to your nearest branch quoting the roll number and say "Please close my account with immediate effect".
Don't forget to cancel the standing order.0
