Tribunal help

Options
I have recently been told I am being made redundant and considering accepting a compromise agreement. Basically I formally raised a grievance for bullying and unbecoming behaviour against my boss which was upheld by the HR director, 6 months later I am being made redundant because of a reorganisation.

The work I was doing is being reduced to 'insignificant' however I know that they are still carrying out that work albeit by others in the business, the work is managed centrally at another office and then distributed to whomever can price the work; that used to be me. My argument was that the others should form a pool of labour and we should all be considered following a selection process, they have elaborated to justify why me but am still unconvinced. I am seeing a solicitor this afternoon to see if a tribunal would be the next step, any advice ?
