Insulation a window bay/box

We move into a flat about 4 years ago and it had just old single pane windows. The windows during winter were always covered in water. We had them all changed to double glazing this year.

Now it has started getting colder some condensation is coming back on our bay window, which is in our bedroom, north facing.

So I think it is mainly caused by cold air as when I touch the wooden window sill it is cold. I am guessing there is no insulation under the window sill.

How would be best to insulate it?
In the link below our window box is strait ahead. It has another one above it but no box below it.

I was thinking about pulling the window sill up and laying fiberglass insulation in the bottom but I am unsure if this is the best solution. Also I would hate to damage out lovely new windows trying to pull up a window sill. Any suggestions??

Condensation is a huge problem every day there are umpteen posts in here

You could try and insulate with some polystyrene wallpaper but you will only get limited success

I would invest in a dehumidifier if it was me. I have one running at mo in front porch as I get codensation on dg windows and it helps the house too

I would have thought 4 year old property would have DG and well insulated though

You can get anti condensation paint which may help
