can anyone recommend a really good photographer to take close up shots of jewellery to upload onto a web site in about a 30 mile radius saintfield? dont want to pay fortune. thanks.
ive got the craft bug, watch out its catching!!!;)

    A friend is doing our wedding photos next month - I think the quality is good and he does other bits and pieces such as picture framing and might be able to accommodate you. He works out of his studio in Lisbane so no high overheads and close to you: http://www.lisbarnettstudio.co.uk/

    Any reasonable 8 - 10 megapixel camera with macro setting, turn the flash off, a tripod, a nice piece of black velvet, a table and a couple of these

    I have seen these lights cheaper in B&Q as well, get 4 and you have complete lighting rig:T:T:T

    thanks that is very helpful as i am going to have to get items i make photographed on a regular basis for website it would make more sense to try and do them myself and save money in long run.

    Plenty of excellent advice. Even better take your pics out of doors and don't even bother to buy lights. Colours potentially more easily accurate as well.
