Unauthorised payment? a little help please

Sold a few bits this weekend and just logged into paypal for the addresses and get this:-
This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation.
We suspect that this transaction may not have been authorised by the PayPal account holder.
We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete.
Please provide some additional information about this transaction.
Response deadline: 23 Oct 2010
Ive tried clicking through the resolution but its asking me for posting details....I haven't posted it yet,can't post it cos it won't give me an address
I don't know what to provide when prompted...Any ideas please?

Phone them in the morning and tell them. Also I would inform your customer and tell them that you are unable to send until paypal have cleared this,0

Cheers CB,i've been in touch with the buyer and they're fine with it,i've had to refund the buyer through paypal(only viable option).Buyer has told me its because he paid via his mobile phone it flagged up and that once he's refunded he'll pay via his computer instead.Panic over now thanks2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0
