I received a delivery from Molton Brown on Friday - via UPS. The address I had given was my parents as I'm not normally in but had given my mobile number in case of queries. The driver rang me looking for directions and on hearing it was going to my parents but I was at home immediately offered to come straight to me. I declined as I didn't want to cause any fuss but told him where to leave it if no one was in. He then said he needed a signature but was happy to sign on my behalf if that was ok with me. We agreed, I gave directions and off he went. 10 mins later he rang back to say the parcel had been safely delivered and my father had signed for it. Very impressed with UPS - I have endless problems with courier firms in general but thought it was only fair to give credit where it's due. Fingers crossed his attitide will spread to a few more drivers :)
