Were thinking of visiting London, cos I would like to do a trip in half term, on a Sunday and thought of going to Ripleys Beleive it or not, but a lot of bad reviews on Trip Adviser have put me off. Youngest daughter is 13, likes museums. Sisters may or may not come (20 and 18 so have other things planned perhaps?!) Other alternative is Tower of London, but v expensive. Anyone been to either, got any opinions?!
Could use Tesco vouchers for either (Tower would use all my vouchers) though I have found you have to watch what you choose to use your Tesco vouchers for cos it's not always worth using them cos you can't use any special offers etc
Don't want to waste my London day cos it's a 2 hour journey for us to get there!

Ripleys is a Tussauds / Dungeon wannabee - and every bit as tacky.
You can cut the cost of Tower entry through www.daysoutguide.com.
You'll need either a train ticket valid on that day or a London Travelcard BOUGHT AT A LONDON TRAIN STATION.0 -
Thanks..thats quite a saving when I looked..and we have a family railcard so train fares aren't too bad! Have bookmarked the site for future use..think we may give Ripleys a miss though. Been to Tussauds years ago and it was ok but a lot of money I thought for what it was.0
