Are you saying your daughter was 'attacked' by a girl and then her cousin (a male) then also 'attacked' your daughter as well? and they said they were going to kill her as well.

If that is the case what age are they?

I would be straight on to the school on Monday, (even if it is half term) head of goveners, lEA, and police, and I would not stop until I got answers~ would be demanding one to one type meeting and then follow it all up in writing.............

Morning everyone, not been up long (very lazy today!) but got the washing / drying routine started, going to clear the landing and stairs in a mo and then continue tackling my bedroom! It's taking aggeessss! :-) xxx

Right now.. the school obviously don't give a flying ****...your job is to protect your daughter and you have tried working with school
my friends son ended up with 4 broken ribs a couple of cracked teeth and very bruised after a series of events like this was ignored and he was kicked the living daylights out of..

if that doesnt sort it out, i would be going to the press and taking legal action against the school as they are in loco parentis and they have a duty of care and are failing in that by allowing a girl to have her life threatened, be assulted on school grounds and not bring it to her mum's attention.

vanilla, if a man came up to you in the street and said im going to kill you, then came up to you later in the day and picked up you and went to throw you over something, you would be reporting it to the police so why is it any different just because its children and it happened in school?

Well I got up to pee.. decided the loo needed cleaning.. so did that.. then I decided to clean the grotty door which has been bugging me for ages but my bottle of flash was blocked.. so I went down to get a cloth and try to unblock the nozzle... but the kitchen was messy.. so.. I loaded the TD and WM, wiped the worksurfaces, folded a load of dry washing, paired some socks, rinsed out the kettle and made a cuppa.. oh came down and broke the nozzle!! So I scavenged some Mr muscle from the cupboard.. and he put the few bits in the DW and fed the fish.

I brought the empty wash basket upstairs, but wiped the dado all the way down the hallway, wiped the front door, then wiped the dado all the way up the stairs to the loo.. the loo was then cleaned.. I need to pop up with the brush and the mop but it is quite nice in there and I need to hang up the pic I have had on the window sill for a while (4 years!!)

OH has the curtain pole to hang up today before the beasts get home.

I have 2 full wash baskets on the landing waiting to go down.. and a dolls house in the bathroom which has only ever been played with by DS3 (aged 11)..

Freja fed and changed.. and grotting...

it doesn't help thet his dad's name is a comedy name what with the surname and forneme and I laughed for half-an-hour when he told me and giggle about it every time I think about it

because I have got a dirty mine lol

but his surname has something to do with the kind of chickens that don't lay eggs IF you get my drift;)

Proper flyladies, how often should we be cleaning our curtains? I have just taken some that were put up when we moved in (3 1/2 years ago:o)

Thanks everyone for the replies.

Kazw yep it's been both the girl and boy, then the boy said he was gonna kill her. Both these children would be 10/11 while DD is coming 10, there a year older. :mad:

What i don't understand is that the playground staff seen the girl pinning DD up against a wall and had to step in. Then the teacher was told about the same girl pushing and shoving DD in the playground. The one to one seen the boys lifting DD in the playground and had to stop them. That 3 adults in a week have seen problems but no-one has said anything to me.:mad:

My feeling is what is to stop this boy going further tomorrow when he hardly got a thing said to him before.

I'm going to speak to her teacher tomorrow morning and see weather the head has been told and what they plan to do about it.
Then i'm gonna make it very clear to the head that i want the parents spoken to and that i will be going to the board of goveners. That i want it stopped today or i'm going to the police. I'm not leaving until it's sorted, i'll be telling her i have all day.

What gets me is she got the blame last year for everything and they wanted her to see a pupil personal development person, so she did and he said she was fine, a lovely child.

I'm just now sure weather to send her in tomorrow? She wants to go in. Plus they have a disco on thursday night so i'm gonna go with her and stay. She shouldn't miss out because of them thugs.:mad:

I did get the girl last night at youth club but i only asked her why her and DD aren't getting on she just said i don't know so i told her i'd let the head deal with it, i should have said the police. I didn't want to say too much incase she told a pack of lies and the police land at my door. Before she came over to me she told DD that they would be friends. DD is that naive that she went ok.:(
