Oh, I have left a black bag in the spare room of doom, so that when I'm getting ready in the morning, (It's my dressing room too!!!) instead of pushing clothes along the rail, saying I don't like it, I will take it off the hanger and put it straight into the black bag. That way when I get round to actually doing the room next week, it woud have already been started!!! (Thats the theory anyway!!!)

That's a good idea! I might try that myself. I've got rid of loads (3 charity bags went on Monday) but there is still more.
Off out to a meeting now although I am shattered. Just need to change the spare bed when I come home......

    hugs to all

Hmm well got none of my own flying done today.
Went to see my cousin and helped her tidy out both my GodD's rooms and then did an hour of ironing for her too while gassing and drinking coffee. I am pleased I don't have to do little people rooms on a regular basis.. phew
Then nipped round to get bird food etc, came home and fell asleep.

Might do a bit tonight but im not sure yet depends if the allure of my crochet and tv wins..

Ok, I have a bit of a stoopid question and it's not flying related(but tis moneysaving) I am looking at the Tesco credit card...0%......

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/cashback-credit-cards

What I want to know is when it says standard rate 16.9%APR.....is that after the 13 months.....so that if I get rid of the card after the 13 months I won't be paying the 16.9 or is it something diff than the 0%......never had a credit card and don't want ta make a fool of myself AND end up in debt.....TIA xx

    Hye TC,

If you dont have a credit card and dont want to end up in Debt....why do you want one?

Sorry, dont mean to be nosey, but if you dont NEED one, ie, just to transfer a balance and then cut it in half - then you probably shouldnt get one....

That is a good point jo, but my car insurance is due in December and don't really want to pay the high interest rate, so was going to get one to pay the insurance...then after the 0% has finished and I have paid the total.....scrap the card....If that makes any sense????

tooch, makes sense to me if you have the self discipline to not use it for anything else?

Things are starting to look a lot better, and the skip is nearly full.

need to get the DW on, S&S the kitchen and sort DHs overnight bag First time he has been away for months :j - nothing personal but he talks in his sleep and I am really looking forward to a night to myself :o

she has intermittent lameness which has meant total rest for two weeks but it hadn't improved. Vets think it's a degenerative condition or a nerve problem. She's having lots of tests and so far some real nasties have been ruled out so fingers crossed! She broke her leg last year but they don't think that's causing the problem. She's adorable. Sadly, she's a bit nesh when she has anything done and doesn't understand why she can't have attention 24/7

I'm really sorry to hear that Mudbath, but looking on the bright side at least you say some nasties have been ruled out.
It sounds as though she's very lucky to have you though.
