Help - ebay invoice to buyer not showing postage costs

Argh. I just sold something, sent the invoice and then realised that ebay has put it as free postage for some reason (not shown the postage cost specified). Is there anyway I can reissue the invoice with the postage showing? I don't know why ebay has not shown the postage in the original invoice?

Thanks.

Firstly, did you actually put the postage in the correct boxes when you listed? If so it seems and odd glitch that it has disappeared.

There is nothing at all to stop you sending another invoice but this time picking up the postage shown on your listing. Just apologise to the buyer for the error.

I had two options - first class standard and free local collection. For some reason it didn't list the first class standard amount, even though that was the first choice and I saw it in the invoice but it wasn't there when it was sent. The copy of the invoice I have received shows the postage amount bundled to the left, sort of like a glitch on the invoice.

I can't find any option for sending another invoice. I have already apologised to the buyer.

There is a problem with this - ebay seem to have turned all the postage options upside down - my sd charges are showing first & my free postage second. It's been going on for a few days.

I ended up having to speak to an ebay robot on "live chat" who didn't understand what I was saying. I ended up doing it all through Internet Explorer rather than Firefox and it seems to work. There is a glitch when using Firefox where the correct postage is not recognised or off to the left (as seen in the screenshot I posted).
