I don't know for definite but I'm pretty certain it will be a lot closer to Christmas too, I'm sure last year it was the last Friday before Christmas (18th December if that was the Friday) and I remember sitting up half the night waiting for them to update the website :rotfl: they were even advertising the S&G hatbox on tv as ootw before it even went online !! I'm hoping it's going to be 17 December, I've booked the day off already !

I'd agree- at current price you only save £4 if you buy it now yet on most gifts you save at least 30% and in some cases much more. Its almost as if they have designed this product to go on sale- expecting a few to buy it now and assume its a mass saving, thus allowing them to plug a discount of 50% to make the difference and sell of the rest for shelf space. Just a shame they wouldn't be on the 3-4-2 at the same time

With as much hype though, I do not expect them to hang around for the January sale!

I'd get one but I have sooo much stuff from Lush last year (did the buy a xmas box and get the same value of stock then 2x goodie bags, only to find my mum was allergic, so more for me! I don't even think I have enough room for any more Lush!

Any more info on this coming weeks OOTW for Boots, normally we have a more or less a definite by now. I am only waiting on two gift sets hopefully it will be one of those two.

I see the HBO OOTW has sold out this week, hope all that wanted one got theirs.

Last year the Soap and Glory Hatbox OOTW was on my birthday (18th December) as I dropped kids and rushed to my local boots in a panic with some money from hubby to buy it.

I walked in the store and there were about 50 boxes stacked high... obviously wasn't a big as a panic as I thought!!

I told this story to an assistant at the weekend and she said this years Soap and Glory will be the last one again!!! So probably on the 17th December then?

I don't really need any more soap and glory..... or do I????

Of course you NEED more s&g. Im 19th Dec, s&g gifts are the only great thing about having a birthday near xmas lol

We were at our local Boots event on Thursday and we asked the sales assistant a couple of questions:

1. When are the next events?
   10/11 November and 24/25 November
2. Do you know what each of the OOTWs are?
   No, staff only get told the OOTW the week before it goes on promo, for example they find out this week what next weeks OOTW is, no staff will know what is on in December until closer to the time

Hope this answers some questions!

As If I don't have enough of those so far I have bought my daughter the vanity case, the bath box (hair band etc), the mini Hat Box and also made up an S&G gift box of moisturisers and haircare.

Lies Well some staff migth only find out a week before but some find out well in advance. (No 1 is not a lie though)
