As suggested by trisontona a thread dedicated to the illegal use of terms and conditions by companies trying to pass themselves off as official bodies, I will start off with flashpark, please add the ones you find, and if possible link to the page and take screen shots that we can use in a complaint to the BPA
not that they'll listen lol

FlashPark™ is the latest online technology that allows you to issue on the spot fines to illegally parked vehicles on private land
You create a legally enforced controlled parking zone around the area you wish to protect and issue on the spot fines to offending vehicles.
We will request photographic evidence to ensure that you have adequate signs on display and use these photographs to deal with appeals.
The signs can be customised to suit your circumstances and parking regulations.
If vehicles continue to park illegally use our website and we will issue tickets and enforce payment. This will deter any persistent offenders.
We receive the fine instantly (no posting)
One the spot fine takes seconds to issue

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Actually there is so much wrong with flash park's website it would take several posts to list them all, safe to say the entire website should be reported

A general deception practised by many PPC's is the myth that the registered keeper is obliged to inform the PPC of the identity of the driver. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

""We receive the fine instantly (no posting)""
I misread this and thought they were boasting about getting paid.
Not around 'ere they don't.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
On the subject of the RK/driver deception, "Graham White" have just started a new ploy. This is the use of the term "Civil Procedure Rules : 31.16. Disclosure before proceedings start". This is to try and force the RK to name the driver. According to someone over on Pepipoo this procedure does not apply to the Small Claims Court.
PS. to add to the above, the Ministry Of Justice website emphatically states:-
This Part applies to all claims except a claim on the small claims track. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

We will erect warning notices and remove illegally parked vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

East Midlands Parking ltd
For the few motorists who choose to ignore the warning signs, you simply issue them with a Fixed Penalty Charge
should you need permits to issue to authorised vehicles we can supply these so to make the identification of illegal vehicles easier for you or your representative
The offending vehicle has 7 days to pay the Fixed Penalty Charge of £70.00,failure to do so would result in a increase to £100.
This is a sticker that attaches to the windscreen and outlines in a polite manner that the vehicle has been parked unlawfully and requests the action is not repeated.

"Parkforce - The UK Parking Enforcement Agency"
Thus implying they are some sort of government department.

The fact East Midlands use the word "penalty" is a clear breach of BPA "guidelines".

Clause 15.4
I'm very interested in how UKPCS breach the regs. A group effort would be appreciated in identifying any breaches.0 -
One clear way that UKCPS breach the regs is insisting that money must be paid up-front before they will consider any "appeal".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
