Advice on faulty Sky box

Have gone with the sky+ and 2nd room option (going have to get parental locks on 2nd box). Organised for installation yesterday; I paid up front Friday 13th ((I should of known)) for the installation etc and low an behold they got the order wrong between my buying it and the engineer getting the equipment!

Poor engineer got it in the neck as sky just sent him with a sky+ box and no digi for the other room, he couldnt even just fit the sky+ box as he wouldnt of got paid. O my god the hassle to get it sorted.

Sky just dont do customer services when its their fault, they even tried to blame the engineer saying he knew which equipment to bring when I rang them. However, the engineer put his phone on loud speaker when he rang and they told him it wasnt ordered! lol

Upshot was I had to pay again and reschedule; my refund of the 1st payment would hit my account probably in about 3 working days after I had paid again! It may only be £49 (twice now) to some people, but thats alot of money to me.:(

Engineer scheduled to come out again Friday; heres hoping its sorted this time.
