Bluetooth Not Working?

I got a bluetooth adaptor (Nexus) for my bluetooth mouse, managed to get everything working yesterday after a bit of messing around but honestly have no idea how and have put my computer back on today but I can't get the bluetooth working again.

It says "Personal Area Network service is stopped because Bluetooth Network Adapter is disabled."

I have gone into the settings and "enabled" the personal area network (whatever that means) but it has had no effect.

Any ideas? The mouse pad is driving me up the wall :rotfl:

Thanks :)
