ggood luck. fwiw if it doesn't work out on the credit I wouldn't mind waiting until fiance could afford a ring, or having a much cheaper one.

Like stephane said you need to start with a high apr sub-prime card

Landloards dont report to credit ref agencies but they are very good if your going for a morgage as you can use them as a reference e.g they say that youve been paying x amount every month so it shows you can pay!

TV license wont count although you pay by direct d they dont use credit ref agencies if you dont pay 1 month then they cancel the license
