Whats renting out a flat anything to do with it,do your landlord report to the credit agencies now,also t.v license whats that got to do with it either.

Like stephane said you need to start with a high apr sub-prime card
Landloards dont report to credit ref agencies but they are very good if your going for a morgage as you can use them as a reference e.g they say that youve been paying x amount every month so it shows you can pay!
TV license wont count although you pay by direct d they dont use credit ref agencies if you dont pay 1 month then they cancel the licenseOP pot £141.920
