Reclaiming Fees Question

Sorry, I know this has bound to have been asked before, I have looked, but I'm not happy and I probably haven't searched as well as I should have! So I apologise!
Where do I begin?!
I sold an item and was surprised that there was no immediate payment action as it was a BIN. I didn't think that much of it at the time, but then a few days later still nothing. I realised that if they would be paying by cheque, I hadn't given them my address, so I resent the invoice with my address on. 3 days later, still nothing. Then I e-mail them and ask them to let me know what is going on. Then they get back to me saying they no longer require the item!
I don't think it takes much to just say "Sorry" before hand and leave me waiting for.
I read a bit into the starting an unpaid item report etc, but it seems I can only reclaim the FVF, which isn't that much, so I'm not overly bothered, but is there anything else I can do?
TIA
I'm off to cool down.

You can only reclaim your FVF and leave appropriate feedback.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Also if they do not respond to the NPB then you can leave them feedback, and they cannot return the favour.
