no , no llu in my exchange i usually get 3.5 meg ip profile with the po and did with my previous isp plusnet, they also said that is what i should be getting.? many thanks for everyones help
i never suffer from disconnects though , moving isp would cost more than double . is it the noise that is causing sync not to increase
am i right in thinking as i am on ip stream moving isp will make no difference to my sync.
many thanks0 -
But you'd probably get better tech support from an ISP like Plusnet. No free lunch, and no free laptop

agreed, but when i was with them they would not do anything about it. and for my usage it would cost over 50 a month just in bb,
(just noticed when i started the post i logged in with my partners login "punto123" sorry for any confusion )
many thanks0 -
my ip profile has picked up to 4000kbps , i noticed last nighht and early hours of morning (10:30 pm - 530am) the noise margin was moving between 0 - 1 , this morning its between 6 - 9 . could it be external factors that is causing higher noise in the day ? many thanks0
