    Hello Tesco Employee ...

    Went to Tesco yesterday ... cannot see any bonus points on my receipt? ... only till spill extras added .... ? Is it Nationwide?

    Spent £52 (before bogofs) got 56 normal points and 28 bonus points

    Just been to tescos and spent £43 on shopping and top up for phone and have not received any bonus points. I paid with my clubcard plus so may be this is the reason. Still it's a bit unfair to give extra points out to certain customers but not for clubcard plus customers. Also seems to be a bit of a mixed bag as to what points people are receiving, some with double points others with lesser points totals. Can anyone confirm what the promotion terms are. Anyones help would be appreciated.

    Hi

    Just spoke phones Tesco customer services and they told me that there is no nationwide promotion but that some stores have been experiencing problems when issuing clubcard points hence the extra points some have been receiving including myself.

    So unless customer services are telling porkies I wouldn't rush out expecting any bonus points. Hope this helps.
