Haven Martin Mere, Blackpool

Looking at taking a short break, Mon-Fri at beginning of April, somewhere within 2 hours drive of SW Scotland. I fancy Blackpool area as my 3 year old was there for a few days in August and loved it. I have found a good price for the Haven Martin Mere but cant find any reviews on tripadvisor. Can anyone let me know of their experiences of this park or can anyone recommend anywhere else.
