Betamax/Justvoip unfairly charging on calls

Hi all,

I recently checked my call history for my VOIP phone and saw I had been charged for lots of calls for exceeding the Fair Use Policy.
I calculated all the minutes of calls made over September and October and the total was only 128 minutes yet their Fair Use Policy is 300 minutes in a 7 day period?!
Some of those 128 minutes were calls charged as having exceeded the Fair Use Policy.

Has anyone else experienced this? I sent them one message and they just replied saying I had exceeded the FUP so have since sent about 4 or 5 other messages asking them to justify charging me when I hadn't and they haven't replied.
Who can I go to to complain about this?

The fair use policy isn't only per username; they also monitor IP address.

Are you using this in places where there may also be other people - workplace, university, other third party platforms?

This is based on the information for all calls logged on my account from any source, the total was much less than that of the FUP limit.

I have only used it from SIP at home and tested once with my mobile recently but other than that no other calls should be made from anywhere using my account.
I just sent them an irritated message as they haven't responded to the last 4 or so I have sent about this...
