Just renovating my house and was wondering if anyone knows the price of scrap lead pipe? Is there any websites giving guides or do i just ring the local scrappy up/local tip?
Thanks in advance

Hi Danny
I would guess it's about 60 - 80p per kilo? This can vary almost daily and depending on where you are.
Judging by the two toe-rags who stripped the lead flashing off my son's utility room at 10:30 in the morning (postman disturbed them) on a busy main road, the scrap value must still cover the cost of their next fix?
Try searching websites for your local scrappies.
