Hy
If i get this card and have my partner as an additional card holder, does this mean she will get a card aswell?
will she be allowed to get the 5% cashback on her purchases,
it says up to £100 cash back can be earnt which is if you spend £2000 in the first 3 months, is it the same for her or is the £2000 between us?
thanks

Second hand colder means nothing really, it will be as if you have made the purchases from the till to when it hits your AMEX account0

Yes. She will have a separate card. It will have a different card number but will be linked to your card because you are the main account holder.Hy

All spend on the account earns cashback so purchases on either card will get cashback.will she be allowed to get the 5% cashback on her purchases,
Cashback is earned by the main account, so it's between you.it says up to £100 cash back can be earnt which is if you spend £2000 in the first 3 months, is it the same for her or is the £2000 between us?

You need to spend £3K to get the cashback (in 12 months).
So really it's 3.5% (as the last £1K is at 0.5%).
It's still the best deal around, but make sure you jump through all the hoops.
£2K in 3 months, £3K in 12 months, don't let it go dormant (needs only minimal spending).0
