  • Hello :)

Been a bit lazy today but I've got a few clothes I'm thinking of ebaying. Can I be a bit cheeky and ask for some help?
    ...
    I'm going to anyway :p
    ...

    1. What's not worth listing clothing/shop wise?
    2. Free listing at the weekend but is it better to start at 99p or a bit higher?

    and... my scales are broken...
    3. Roughly how much is it to post a pair of canvas pump type things?
    4. What about a pair of jeans?
    5. And a top?

    thankyou :o

    Hi Marzi :)

I'm by no means an ebay expert but I just listed everything - if you start it at 99p there shouldn't be any listing fees so if it doesn't sell it's no bother.

    Don't underestimate postage!

I just got ID'd buying sparklers :( Do I look 17? Really? Didn't have my driving licence with me either, doom.
  • ah that sucks. No, you don't look under 18 :p

I had to run back to the flat to grab ID when me & OH wanted wine the other week. I guess it's understandable because i think they have an under 25 policy but still annoying because we've bought alcohol there tons of times from the same shop assistants.

Meant to say, your cashmere socks sound great... Liking the idea of long socks atm though i dont actually have any except stripey ones I bought for glasto.

    Hi Marzi!
Check out "Completed Listings" for each item before you bother listing it on eBay. Just type in what you're thinking of selling and tick the "Completed" box in the left hand column.

Postage wise, I send everything second class recorded. Jeans £3.50, plimsols £2.99 and a top £2.20.

Was planning on eBaying this afternoon but by the time I'd wrapped parcels and commented on blogs I've run out of time and I've promised to hang the curtains I've made for my Dad so I need to dash out in a sec.

    Today's outfit:
1960's mini dress (Age Concern £5)
    Black opaques (Market)
Black ankle boots (Miss Selfridge sale last winter)
1960's checked wool coat (Jumble sale 20p)
Vintage Miracle stag's head brooch (Chazza shop £2.50)
    Hair in a massive topknot
    Loads of ethnic rings
