Aviva website problems

Hi my car insurance is due soon and i've been trying to get on the aviva website to check out a quote but every time i'm trying to confirm the quote it pops up Sorry we are unable to process your quote at this time with CMS:ERROR up the top left of the page,has anyone else seen this message?
Idealy i'd like to complete it online because it's cheaper and i can get cashback
I was gonna do it the other day and i saw aviva cashback was £30 now its only £20.
