Hi there just wondering if i can apply for a credit card with a company that i defaulted with 12 years ago

Yes of course, your default would have gone a long time ago, it would stay on your file for 6 years from the date you defaulted...0

They may still decline you though. I would in my company no matter how long ago the debt was, any unpaid bills or signs that you were a bad customer then sling yer hook.0

Yes you can apply but there might be the likelihood that they would still have internal information about you which is permissible under the DPA.0

You can certainly apply, whether or not you would be successful would depend on: 1) whether they remember you from before; 2) if so whether it makes any difference; 3) whether you meet their other lending criteria.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
