Budgeting software and sites

I find it difficult to budget and keep track of my spending and in the past that was okay as whilst I was not disciplined on the small stuff, I could stop spending when I ran out and therefore stay within my income.
With the arrival of my daughter and the cut in hours that my wife works, this strategy doesn't work as well as it did.
I went looking for software that could pull my on-line accounts together in one place and help with budgeting.
In my investigation, I found 'MoneyDashboard.net' on-line and wondered if anyone else has experiences of this site and other accounting software that they use.
What do you all do to track your spending and budget?

I still use Microsoft Money on my PC. A few minutes 2-3 times a week recording transactions and future bills as they arrive and it achieves peace of mind for me. There are still copies floating around on ebay and Amazon. Alternatively there is an open source freeware alternative called Money Manager ex available which also does the job.0
