Avira blocking autoruns - how to disable?

I get a pop up message from avira stating that an autorun has been disabled from running. This does not seem to be anything malicious when looked up on the avira forums: \Device\Harddisk\Volume1\Autorun.inf - Viruses and other security risks - Avira Support Forum
However, how do I disable this as I can not find 'action on detection' (point 4) button on avira?
From the link above:
• Launch Antivir.
• Click on Configuration.
• Make sure Expert mode is checked
• Expand +Guard > +Scan.
• Click on Action on detection.
• Uncheck Block autostart function.
• Click on the button OK at the bottom of the window.

Have you expanded 'Scan'? When I do so, 3 options appear underneath:
Action on detection
Exceptions
HeuristicStompa0 -
I only have the option of heuristic and nothing else...
Still pop ups launching...0 -

Do you really want autorun to run ?, this is the cause of some viruses getting into computer from infected usb keys etc.0

Can't seem to find expert mode anywhere (although I tried a google search too). Where is it?
Also I do know that autoruns can be malware but there's nothing connected to the computer which should be triggering the autoruns. As far as I know, the computer is clean from infections using malwarebytes and avira. The only 'new' thing which has happened to the pc is a windows updates...0 -

Click on "configuration" top right just below the Avira symbol.0 -
