Try amazon. I use their DVD rental, has a huge selection, good price, good website and post is very quick with email letting you know when DVDs recieved and despatched. Would def. recommend.0

Oh no, I've always been impressed with Screen Select and was going to go back to them. Whereas Lovefilm are appalling. The turnaround is slow and their customer service very poor indeed. I have been trying to get into my account for the past 4 days to cancel before they take payment. However the system has been offline and even when back up the website does not accept my password or recognise my email, and no reply to the emails I have sent.:dance: :dance:0

I have used lovefilm for a while and had no problems , however what i have noticed lately is...im on the 2 films at a time for about 13quid a month i used to get say 2 on a monday i would watch n return and then get 2 friday so i was getting basically 4 a month, now im getting only 2 a week despite how quick i watch them...me and some friends and relatives are now making lists of our dvds and are considering lending each others.0

yeha ive found the migration not satisfactory- site is slow, im not getting the selections i want and turn aroiund is very slow, they have about a week to get better befoire i lose my patience and move to amazon or blockbuster... i think they could potentially lose a good number of customers this way...0

Precious little sign of all the "improvements" we were promised because of the merger either. Although I'd settle for their website working properly in Firefox at the moment.
As someone who has prepaid for a number of months, it's disappointing that they do not let you cancel a subscription without forfeiting the entire subscription.0
