I own my own home and my OH owns his own home, which we currently rent out through a letting agent.
The mortgage on the rented home is £50,000 and the value approx is £90,000We are currently looking into changing the mortgage to a let to buy mortgage, so in the long term we can buy a house together, ideally keeping both houses.
Can anyone recommend a competitive lender that would offer a let to buy mortgage?

why not see a broker and get them to do the legwork? why not sell the rented house and either pay of your mortgage on your home or put it in savings, you'll get a nice bit of interest on that amount. Plus you'll have more time!
