Think clearance sometimes come in plain white box.
Pcygan im not sure if Cex would class it as mint condition if its not in original box. I may be wrong though. HTH

It is indeed in one of their plain white boxes. Does anyone have any experience with sending such to CEX as mint?

EDIT: ONly £3 (cash) difference from Mint > Good

    Mobile Phone Grading Guide

Mint - Working phone in as new/mint condition. Complete with original box and accessories as sold new.
Good - Working phone in good condition with slight cosmetic blemishes. Charger supplied. If the phone includes a music player/radio then it is supplied with headphones. If the phone has PDA functionality a sync cable and/or docking cradle is supplied. Missing original packaging.
Poor - Working phone in poor cosmetic condition. Original or 3rd party charger supplied but missing accessories and original packaging.
Non-working - We buy non-working phones. Non-working phones must be intact, not crushed or snapped in half. Non-working examples: dead, cracked, broken/bleeding LCD (screen), not powering up, speaker/mic faults, broken aerial, etc. Accessories are not required. We do not sell non-working phones. Non-working phones are either repaired, stripped for parts to repair other phones or recycled into base materials to be used again. Nothing goes to landfill.

Had to wait for 26 minutes on hold to confirm this order?
Then another 8 minutes chatting to a salesperson trying to get me to upgrade.
Not happy with this service and attitude at E2save.
Buyers beware do not confirm credit card details over phone,They already have them from interntet transaction. Doing this will invalidate cashback.
  • Can i just ask, do i need to activate the sim card to validate the cashback? I have not done so far as i have put it away for xmas.

No - if the cashback was thru Quidco, you'll get an email telling you it's tracked. It wiil go into your account eventually.
The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

Thankyou :) Ive done it through TCB and is showing as tracked, just wanted to make sure i didnt need to activate the sim to get the cashback. I got a sim off Tesco last year and had to activate it to get the cashback to validate :)

We have a large household and I bought several phones from several companies back in the summer and had the last two orders rejected (please call us to discuss emails/texts).

Turns out that they are all part of the Carphone Warehouse group and they only allow 4 phones to be sold to any one address in a four month period across all companies.
