I dont think they are used, just might have slight cosmetic damage . Ive bought clearance before and they look fine to me.

It's "hit and miss" with clearance phones - some are just cancelled orders/returns, others may be repaired which have been re-packaged with possibly new cases. They all have a minimum 12 months guarantee though.

Think clearance sometimes come in plain white box.
Pcygan im not sure if Cex would class it as mint condition if its not in original box. I may be wrong though. HTH

There will be a limit on how many you order,they only allow a certain number of phones (usually 2 ) to be bought over a certain period
