Yes, I agree - we're getting the same story of Orange too. Still no sim activation this morning either!


Update: Just got off the phone to Orange and cpw still have not sent through the upgrade on the second phone.

According to Orange we could upgrade through them and they'll send another phone. So we aren't accused of dishonesty we're of to cpw to tell them we're going to do this. We'll offer them the chance to refund the phone but if they turn this down I'm keeping it - looks like I might be getting a cheap upgrade!

the sim is matched to the imei number via connecting the sim to the network and using the sim in the handset :cool:

So now things have got even worse. Cpw agreed to cancel the upgrade and gave us a refund but late last night OH's existing phone was cut off. Orange are closed so can't find out what's going on.

This has turned to a balls up of epic proportions!

I would suggest (apart from your g/f going into CPW) is to post on the mobile phones board. jon01 is the Orange expert on there.
