Ticketmaster MEN ARENA Dr Who tickets

Hi

Just wondered if anyone is having the same problem as me with Ticketmaster.

In the middle of Sept I booked DR WHO live tickets for Manchester next Saturday and my booking form on the website says that 'tickets are being printed', which it has said for the last 3 days.

With the concert being next weekend, when should I expect to receive them, as it mentions if you have not got them within 5 days, which is on Monday. to contact them.

Does anyone know if they send them in the last week or should I be worried.

I asked for them to be posted when I ordered them.

I couldn't use the printing option at the time, because i did not have a printer.

If someone is in the same situation, I would be grateful, or let me know if this is how Ticketmaster normally operates.

i'd get in touch they may say pick them up at the box office if you havent received them soon?

I too am going on saturday but have recieved my tickets in the post already.
I have used ticketmaster a lot recently and the last lot of tickets i asked to be posted, were print off at home ones?? (dont know if i clicked it by mistake)
Like you I dont have a printer either, but managed to print them off at work .
I reckon you should be ok to pick up at the box office though, give them a call.

We cant wait!!! think the adults are more excited than the kids!

Hi all

Got home tonight to find the tickets had arrived this morning. So panic over. It was starting to dampen the excitement of going.

Had phoned them up though to see if they were on there way, they said I could arrange to pick them up if they hadn;t come. Thank goodness I don't have to do this as I was not going to the show, and would have had to be there due to me being the credit card holder, my husband and son are going to see it they can't wait.

I am going to do some retail therapy in Manchester while they enjoy themselves.
