I did email SFF about the pick-up time, but had no response as yet.....it is the weekend though.

Their tickets normally have to be collected when the box office opens, its normally between 6.00pm -7.30pm, so I would assume the same for these. This is what happens for the concerts at the O2 and for all the Theatre Shows in London they do.

The venue will be prepared for you if you ask the staff they will more than likely know where to send you, at the O2 there is always a dedicated box office with ShowFilmFirst above it, I imagine they will have something similar. If its anything like Thursday night there will be a lot of you there clutching bits of paper picking up tickets, GnR haven't had very good ticket sales. The earlier you get there the better seats you are likely to get, I picked mine up at 6.00pm and got seats right at the side of the stage. I know its a bit of wait for the show to start but we just went for dinner first, and at the end of the day, your getting in for free so having to wait a bit is better than spending £80 on a ticket in my opinion!!

Sometimes they do ask for ID, so make sure you are able to take a bank/credit card with you to show with your name on it, or if they are not booked in your name email the change of name email address.

The warm up act starts at 19.30, GnR should start at 20.45.......but I would add an hour to that!!
