I have managed to get 4 , what does first come first served mean ,is it regards the seating plan or refusal of entry once numbers are maxed , surely they can only allocate the correct number of seats??
Also my print out is just a little box ,it doesn't seem good enough ???

When we have previously had 02 London tickets, you take the print out to the box office with ID in the name on the tickets such as a cheque or credit card etc. They then issue tickets. I did not go to the 02 yesterday for GNR but friends who did were in the box office queue at 5.45pm for when it opened at 6pm and got good seating. As OP warned GNR came on the stage at 10pm, so they had to leave early to catch the last tube home. Previously when we went to another gig we got seats together, but 2 friends who arrived later at the box office were not given seats together.

Thanks for that ,should the print out be so simple though ,thanks for your help ,my mum is gnr mad , also the tickets are in my maiden name , would a birth certificate do ,as my passport is in my married name ??

The print out is pretty plain looking usually- seem to remember it being a rectangle with your name and the venue, event and date. I don't know about a birth certificate as at the 02 we were asked for a bank or credit card with our name on it for the 2 tickets. I would probably email them to do a change of name for the tickets and take this print out along with the tickets one to be on the safe side.

Need a bit of advice please, I booked 2 tickets for this last night but I seem to have man flu so wifey to be wants to take her mate. But it's my name on the printed ticket, read in earlier posts about needing to produce some I.D, is there anything I can do to save me going there to collect the tickets?
